Flat Rate Shipping:

Nationwide shipping is available through UPS and FedEx. A flat rate shipping fee is charged for each box based on the shipping zone of the recipient.

Our customers located in the Midwest, can arrange to pick up large orders at our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana or at our reptile show in Indianapolis, Indiana. We also attend other reptile shows throughout the country so call ahead to see if we'll be at a show near you.

Box and Dry-Ice:

There are no additional box charges on orders. Boxes can hold up to 50lbs. of product. Dry-Ice is included in this charge.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders received by 8 am Monday, are shipped that Monday and Tuesday
Orders received after 8 am Monday, will be shipped the following Monday and Tuesday.
If there is an urgent need, please call us to check on expediting your order.

Pick-Up:

Pick-up orders are by appointment only.

Store hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F.
